All you have to do is click on the link in the email to go to the [https://panel.dreamhost.com/index.cgi?tree=domain.secure& SSL Management page] where you will see the option to renew your SSL certificate. Both of the certs you see here are the same certificate, we display our certs as the actual cert itself and the domain that you have secured with it. Either renew button will work as they do the same thing.

All you have to do is click on the link in the email to go to the SSL Management page where you will see the option to renew your SSL certificate. Both of the certs you see here are the same certificate. We display our certs as the actual cert itself and the domain that you have secured with it.
