Yes. If I have a burning question I'll submit it to support. I suspect though that the intention of this wiki is to reduce support calls - and reduce costs, which benefits all of us. Also, asking questions relevant to the documents helps highlight weaknesses in those documents. --Kingboyk 05:19, 14 Nov 2006 (PST)
