Just a note: I "rolled back" your recent edit to PHP, as the 4th option (running PHP as an apache module *is* still available on DH servers, even though it is no longer selectable from the Control Panel as a "standard" configuration. I think it is important that the DH wiki, as an *additional* support resource, be as accurate as possible. There is some discussion of this situation on Talk:PHP.
