My name is David Szpunar and I'm the Network & Systems Manager at a reasonably large church where we use DreamHost for hosting (I do as little with the website as possible because I'm so busy, but it's in my blood!), and I have my own account with (way too) many domains as well. I used to maintain my own dedicated server, but I can play with Linux as root on a virtual machine now if I want, and DreamHost is much less expensive and doesn't require the same amount of TLC! With Private Servers, it's the best of both worlds. I maintain a blog where I talk about random (and sometimes church related) IT stuff.

I use this wiki far more than I update it, but I have contributed a few tweaks here and there, which you can see at Special:Contributions/DavidSzp.
