This notice simply means that the server that a portion of your hosting service is run by was rebooted recently. There is nothing you need to worry about, and no action needs to be taken when this message shows up.

It may have been rebooted for any of the following reasons (or any other):

1. Non-responsive server
2. A major update was applied
