Deleting old log files

I have some log files relating to now deleted sites (test sites, expired domain names, etc). When I try to delete them in an ssh shell I get "permission denied". They don't appear in the Statistics section in the Control Panel either. Is there any way I can get rid of then? --Kingboyk 09:18, 13 Nov 2006 (PST)

You might try deleting the domains with the panel under Domains, Manage Domains, if you haven't already. Otherwise, as Sabrejack suggested, you'll have to contact Support, because the log directories are owned by root. --Pseudomonad 17:12, 13 Nov 2006 (PST)

Accessing stats for an Easy Mode One-click domain

I have a sub domain created through an Easy Mode One-click Wordpress install. The /stats directory is empty for that domain. Is there any way to access any stats or logs for this domain? Or do I have to migrate to an advanced mode install to get the basic stats? --Rob 05:50, 12 October 2010 (UTC)

Access logs and statistics aren't kept for Easy One-Clicks. You'll need an Advanced Install to get statistics. Andrew F 17:00, 12 October 2010 (UTC)
Disappointing, but thanks for the information. This information should really be up front when making the choice between easy and advanced. I have found Easy Install to be anything but easy. Not blaming the messenger, but complaining about the situation with Easy Install. I would migrate, but the instructions for migration sound too risky for now. Rob 19:42, 12 October 2010 (UTC)

Stats times by hours is it UTC offset?

I do not see anything that indicates if the section "Hourly Summary" hours are server local time or UTC time. Is there a way to make it UTC - anyone outside the USA would at least want UTC or local time would be even better for the report.
