Downtime

No mention is made of a possible 24 hour outage following a server move in this article, hopefully because this should never happen! Normally the old server is still running before the pointers go over to the new server, but maybe sometimes DH admins to this before the new server is ready?

Pligg

I just had a server move and had a site using the Pligg one-click install. A lot of the pages started returning errors but I think emptying the Pligg database cache solved the problem (at least for now). Not sure if it is worth adding to this page under program specific issues? All you need to do is go to your Pligg site admin page and click the link "Delete Template Cache" under Admin Tools. MySql Allowable Hosts

I had to update the list of Allowable Hosts under my MySql users. You may want to mention that for others. --Rehevkor5 23:23, 12 September 2010 (UTC)

CPAN

I guess I had a Perl upgrade during the move - or perhaps this was caused by moving to 64bit - but CPAN completely died after the move (and my Bugzilla installation also). Blowing away my perlmods directory and starting again did the trick.
