I have moved this to the talk page. It's not really appropriate here either, we recommend you submit a ticket if you think there's something wrong. -- Sabrejack 23:31, 9 Jun 2006 (PDT)

How do you submit a ticket when the panel's down?

Send email to support@dreamhost.com from your "official" registered email address, the address you normally receive support replies at. Also, you must have contacted them once before through the panel for this to work, but after that you can just E-mail support@dreamhost.com. You should receive a confirmation E-mail saying they got it, if they did. -- Pseudomonad 10:28, 10 Jun 2006 (PDT)

Log of issues

If you experience trouble, especially if you suspect it to be transient and don't feel compelled to e-mail tech support about them, you can put them here. If you use the four-tilde notation (~~~~), it will automatically generate a timestamp with your user id. New entries should go at the top.

  • Jun-Dai 10:53, 9 Jun 2006 (PDT) - I've been having pretty serious intermittent trouble accessing my sites both from home and from work (totally different networks). These requests aren't getting to the apache logs, much less to the rails logs. Yet I can connect over ssh using any of the domain names, so it's not a simple DNS issue.
    • These ones have been down all morning so far:
    • They are working now. I'm glad I don't have any production sites up here yet. Jun-Dai 23:14, 9 Jun 2006 (PDT)
  • Jun-Dai 13:30, 4 Jun 2006 (PDT) - Can't get access to the panel. It returns a 200 (OK) status, but with no html content.
it appears to be working now Jun-Dai 20:16, 4 Jun 2006 (PDT)
