True. And when one finally clicks confirm, one might find even more true:

Unfortunately we were unable to process your domain restore for
nerdsberg.example.com as there were no available backups!

We are very sorry about this! Howevvvvver... we actually make no
guarantees about availability of backups, and highly recommend you
always keep your own copies of all important data...

Worked for me!

Sorry it didn't work for others but it sure saved my A...!!!! However I told it to restore to domain and save present to time stamp and it did it the other way. But I'm not complaining! Just swapped the names and now I have my site back and have quite getting the 403 message.
