This ssh process is pretty easy to follow, however it's leaving me with the error 

[Sat Feb  2 18:39:17 2008] [error] [client xx.xxx.xxx.xx] Premature end of script headers:
/home/mylocation/mydomain.com/cgi-bin/php.cgi

So I'm guessing some detail of getting that php.cgi file copied properly is missing?

There is another page with different, more detailed instructions for this process too. There is more discussion activity on this alternate page and after following the process there it appears things may be working!
