I've noticed that the following link on the wiki page "Building a Website" is broken:
Since I'm new to building websites and using wikis, I'm not sure if this discussion page is the right place for the comment above. Am I correct in assuming that wiki pages do not have owners, per se, who are responsible for maintaining the pages they create?
Clarification

Is this accurate? Transferring means changing the registrar with whom your domain is registered (e.g., from GoDaddy to Network Solutions). The DNS entries can be changed without transferring the domain name to DreamHost.
To clarify: You can register your domain name with any registrar, then set the DNS servers to DreamHost (ns1.dreamhost.com, ...) to be hosted here.
If this is correct, someone more qualified should fix the text on the page.
