If you are having trouble getting [OSTicket] running under a Dreamhost account try downgrading the PHP mode from PHP5.2.x FastCGI to just PHP5.2.xCGI

It's under Manage Domains > Edit > Web Options

I was having trouble with 'premature end of script headers' errors and the above fixed it.
