Can I check the status of a server of yours?
The best way to check the status of a service you host with us is simply to go to our support area and use the "Is My Server Down?" form. After selecting the domains/users/email addresses/etc... you are having a problem with, you submit the form and it'll immediately tell you our current system status for all servers related to those services, as well as any updates we've made since the problem was first detected.
Can you briefly pump me up about your servers?
Sure!
We're extremely hardcore when it comes to keeping up with advances in server hardware. Our servers are super fast, and we're always buying whatever hardware is top of the line on any given day.
All of our servers run Debian Linux.
