Suppose I sign up for one plan but eventually want to upgrade/downgrade?

It's easy!
  1. Go to the Billing > Change Services area of our web panel, and click the "u/d" link to the right of the plan you want to change.
  2. From the list provided, select the plan to which you want to upgrade or downgrade to.
  3. Choose if you want to pay monthly or yearly, and if you'd like to rename your service (now that it's a new plan!).
  4. Submit the form and you're done!
Your old plan is ended and you'll get any early ending credit (pro-rated) applied to your account. Your new plan will start immediately. There is no charge for upgrading or downgrading your plans other than the costs associated with the new plan you are moving to. (If the new plan has a set up fee but the old plan didn't you'll have to pay the set up fee then.)<br?

I've upgraded my account. When can I use the new features?

You will receive an email when the upgrade has been processed --- always within 24 hours.
