We reserve the right to disable any account at any time for any number of reasons. If you violate our terms and conditions, which include housing illegal material or sending spam, we may terminate your account and you are not eligible for a refund.
If you owe money on your account for more than a certain amount of time, we will send you numerous warning emails to the contact address you have supplied us, and then if it is not rectified will be forced to temporarily suspend your account until you bring it back into good standing.
Once you have paid your balance in full [current balance, not just balance due!] the system will automatically re-enable your account. An e-mail will be sent indicating that as well. However, it could take a few hours or more for everything to come back on-line again. NOTE: If you had a domain registration expire while your account was suspended it will not come back automatically. You may have to renew it or pay a redemption fee of $100 if it was expired too long. If you have any questions regarding this please submit a support request and we can investigate and let you know how to deal with it.
