- Electric

most likely are all taken up (each of those is indeed taken), so when you're choosing a name and keep running into this error try to choose a username that is really unique like

- David417
- Admin_011
- Electric_System

Also remember that this is only your username for Dreamhost.com: no one else will see this, so don't worry if it has nothing to do with your site.
