Attachments aren't getting through:

This is likely the result of keyword filters hanging on your attachment. Any filters that you have setup to examine the body of an e-mail message, will also examine the attachment (since it is technically part of the body. If you aren't receiving attachments, try disabling any filters that you have examining the body of incoming messages.

Emails aren't getting through:

If you move a domain away from DH and still leave the domain listed in your account emails sent from other DH accounts will not get through. This is likely due to an internal filter within DH. Simply remove the domain from your account and emails will now reach their intended recipient.
