Dreamhost Announcements

DreamHost's primary method of announcing system changes and status information is now the DreamHost Status Blog, which you should check regularly for most announcements.

Occasionally, we may still send announcements to our customers in order to notify them of upgrades, service outages, and so on. You can review any announcements sent to you by logging on to the Account Control Panel, selecting Support , and clicking on the Support History link. Here you will find copies of any announcements that were sent to you, as well as a record of all your Dreamhost Support contacts.

Can I get announcements emailed to me?

We no longer deliver most general announcements via email (see the first paragraph above), but may still send the occasional announcement. To make sure you receive any such announcements as desired, go to the Control Panel and select the "Edit Profile" link (in the upper right-hand area of the screen).

This will take you to your Profile page, where you can view and/or change your account Contact Information and set your preferences for email notifications from DreamHost. Check the appropriate boxes under "DreamHost-related messages" to indicate which notifications you want DreamHost to send to you via email.
