It would be prudent to have this page, but before I create it, I need to know what our policy on administrators really is. Are we administrators like Wikipedia administrators (a few extra technical abilities, no additional "authority"), or are we the oligarchic body in charge of running the wiki, with the great DreamHost beings in the sky serving as the Jimmy Waleses?
