DreamHost PS MySQL is DreamHost's premium shared MySQL database service. Similar in concept to DreamHost PS, DreamHost PS MySQL uses Linux-VServer to offer an isolated database server.

Basic details

  • When you sign up for a MySQL PS, all your databases are moved to it at midnight Pacific time. (The panel shows it as a merge.)
  • No fine-grained server access is allowed, unlike regular DreamHost PS.
