Close Account

To close your account you will need to login to your WebPanel and go to Billing > Manage Account

If you want to close the whole account which will turn off access to the services setup on it you just need to click on "close this account" at the top

If you just want to close the Hosting plan but continue to have access to the Registration and be able to add a new hosting plan at a later date you just need to click on Edit for the hosting plan

and then at the top of the page you will need to click on the close your account link

Note: You will need to pay for anytime used before you can close the account, if you have prepaid for your service the system will automatically issue you a credit for the unused time on the plan. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more information on our 97 day trial period.
